James H. McCartney, CFP® is a founding principal of HMS Group. Mr. McCartney has been associated with the family of PFG companies since 1978. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificant (CFP®) and is a member of the Institute of Certified Financial Planners (ICFP). He is a graduate of St. Joseph's University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Mr. McCartney has acquired over thirty years of experience working with individuals in the areas of retirement and estate planning, and he has conducted numerous seminars over the years for various universities and companies.
Mr. McCartney's areas of concentration include:
